Gentle on skin and the environment

With responsible ingredients, sustainable packaging and the "Made in Germany" promise, V.SUN keeps its ecological footprint small. It is not only very important to us to manufacture products that are kind to the skin and the environment, but also our commitment to sustainability.

Coral protection projects

In a heartfelt project to protect the oceans, V.SUN supports the non-profit initiative coralive.org, which is dedicated to restoring coral reef and coastal ecosystems. It is firmly anchored in the company's philosophy to support various ecological and social projects every year. Since its foundation in 2020, V.SUN has therefore made social projects financially possible every year.

Sustainable sun care

The figures speak for themselves: up to 14,000 tons of sunscreen end up in the sea every year, including around 5,000 tons on coral reefs, as researchers have calculated. Gentle tourism is in demand and this also requires environmentally friendly sun protection.

V.SUN x Cleanhub

All V.SUN tubes have been made with recycled plastic since 2021. V.SUN is also the first sun care brand in German-speaking countries to work with CleanHub and is plastic-neutral. The organization protects the oceans from plastic waste by collecting it in coastal regions. Rainwater, wind and flooding carry plastic waste from the land into the oceans.

V.SUN has teamed up with CleanHub to collect plastic before it reaches the world's most valuable ecosystem, the ocean. Approved local partner companies such as Tridi Oasis and ecoBali collect plastic waste on site and set up a local recycling system.
